Seeking advice: I am a young sales consultant and sales engineer working for a tech startup company. I have 6 years of sales experience. I returned back from Germany this year and now my current fixed CTC in India is 25 LPA and my in hand salary after deduction was 1.4 LPM, I was not sure what to opt in the Tax regime and selected new tax regime. Can someone shed some light how can I increase my in hand salary and reduce the tax. Also can I change my tax regime while filing Tax returns?
