Interviewed for salesforce manager position at Deloitte. 1st round was consulting with principal level person . 2nd round was technical and 3rd round was on consulting with managing director level person . My 2nd & 3rd round went well but 1st round was ok so waiting for final feedback from recruiter. How many days it take for final feedback at Deloitte after interview. Does MD level person feedback matter More than principal level person in terms of selecting candidates at Deloitte ?

One of my buddies works for a big IT company and literally just sits on meetings all day. No one really contributing to anything other than agreeing to whatever the speaker is saying. Are these kind of jobs finally being exposed? Six figure employees getting paid to sit and bounce ideas off each other?

Hello, I’m an associate (almost at the one year mark) at a midsize firm on the EPL team. I did about 2 years of employment law as a clerk during school and know that’s what I want to go into. I’ve asked for more EPL work but keep catching PI cases. I second-chaired an employment trial but don’t see any EPL work for the foreseeable future and wasn’t getting as much EPL exposure as I wanted before the trial. Any advice on a lateral move to a bigger firm with a broader range of EPL work?
