Interviewed with Salesforce over the summer RIGHT before I bought a home. The recruiter knew I was I. She assured me they weren’t like other tech companies who were starting/planning layoffs. After we got the house, I went with my gut and respectfully stopped after the 4th round of interviews (still had a presentation and I believe one more round for an account exec?) Fast forward to now, 10% of the workforce cut without hesitation (last one in first one out). Dodged a bullet to say the least

Any advice on renegotiating my salary? I’m a compounding pharmacist and i also float to other stores while also being solely responsible for the compounding pharmacy.
