Has anyone joined Accenture early and recieved joining bonus.?
I have been recieving mail like if I can join in this month I will get bonus as well as notice period buy out amount reimbursement.
But they are not mentioning JB amount before I confirm them when I can join.
I have 11 fixed offer, how much I can receive JB if I join month early??

I did it all in one day to get it over with and keep any momentum, I also have anxiety and didn't want nerves and bubble guts for 2 days. I also didn't want to delay an offer by even one more day. But, I will say it can give you an extra day to regroup if you realize you need more stories after the first day.
Two days for sure. Talking about myself for 5 hours is draining in itself. So glad it wasn’t onsite

If it's not an issue for you, I'd certainly split across 2 days so you can breathe between sessions. It's intense being on all day and a break can help you regroup your thoughts. Depends whether you'll be stressed between rounds or not...
Depends on your personality. My loop was spread across 2 days though not by choice. The bar raiser had to move the interview to the next day. I would’ve preferred to get it done with on the same day but it worked out.

If you have a momentum going for yourself, do it all at once. An above post mentioned that it depends on your personality and I agree! If having an extra night to prep will be an advantage for you, then of course take the time and use all the benefit of it. Best of luck
Split it into 2. Will get a chance to reflect & sharpen for the next day. That’s what I did.

to give it some thought…i think it’s a lot better to do the loop the first time and get it over with. they want to see u under pressure and how u manage it.
although i went through the loop the first time in person, it was an amazing opportunity to meet the team. They do come back to back and you can tell they share notes live. It’s very organized. Good opportunity for them to gauge your worth if you have the confidence.
I’m going through the loop in hopes that i do get an offer.
I would recommend splitting it. It is quite intense and you can use the extra time to regroup and think of additional stories if you need
