I didn’t get a single behavioral question, felt there was good transparency from the recruiter, interviews were brief and all virtual

Nope other than just describing technically the types of things I worked on but no quizzes or anything technical questions wise

helpful

Trust the process 🤣🤣🤣

Was told I’d only have one round (4 interviews), each split 50/50 on case/behavioral. This is for an Associate position and will be interviewing with AP/P/SP level. Is this typical? Since I see most people have multiple rounds.

Hi everyone , I have an hr discussion with Siemens on Monday. With current CTC 9.1 LPA, can I ask for 20 lpa fixed component(I'll be joining within 30 days) will there be any joining bonus. If yes, will hr inform me or should I ask about it explicitly. Ps: I have offer letter in hand with 15.5 fixed + variable as per company performance from EY. 6 more interviews are in HR discussion or offer release stage. Any thoughts welcome

Has anyone exited out of consulting and changed geographies (countries)? How? Any tips? I'm from Latin America and would love to exit to a cushy job in Canada or Europe or something (visa is not a problem in my case). I'm thinking of asking here for recruiting/exec search firms that search ex consultants in my desired geographies.

I need opinions on this. Just started a new PM role (at an IPG agency) last month but I recently got hit up by a recruiter from another agency (WPP agency) for a pretty enticing PM role on a 360 AOR account. Further context: The PM role I'm in currently is my first PM role ever (I came from an entry level AE/Producer backgrund) I know jumping ship for the other PM role would look terrible but tell me why you would OR would not jump ship?

I am a background check away from putting in my notice. KEEP grinding if you’re miserable and/or have trouble getting out of bed in the morning. This took a lot of ghosting and interviews+offer letters being taken off the table due to COVID. Stay humble and you’ll be next. Take a midday walk and schedule some coffee meetings to expand your network and stay sane.

This fight has gotten real! I’ve been offered a job, advertised as remote, but they want to have a blended program with teachers on campus. Small school, 10-15 to a class... maybe, masks ( I’ll have to ask if they’re mandatory), distancing and a continuous cleaning staff. Sounds great but I’m 62 with 5 underlying conditions! Have to negotiate a contract Monday... I’m hoping I’ll be able to work on-line as NV is one of the growing hotspots in this Pandemic!

My professional life at the moment is far from ideal. I’ve been on quarantine (long story, but a good one) for the last seven years. Royalties from my books don’t pay the bills. My entrepreneurial pursuits remain hampered. For the interim, I’ve been looking for a remote opportunity where I can leverage my skills in marketing, sales, social media, and elsewhere for a decent sum. I have a social media presence which, in recent years, reached millions. There has to be something exciting I can do.
