There are 16 leadership principle and I’m thinking of creating some stories around each but the thing that concerns me is what if the questions they ask are related to the same principle and I might have already used up my stories. Something like that. Can anyone please help? Amazon

I joined KPMG around 3 months ago but I am not getting work here. Although, I qualified some project's interview, yet due to some internal reason, they considered someone else, and I again came on bench.
I am unable to figure out what can be done now.
Should I start searching work outside.

Helo everyone, I had an interview scheduled with Cognizant on last week of Jan 2022 but due to technical error in Verification code I couldn't join interview lobby. I reported the same to the HR and I was told the interview will be rescheduled. Now there's no update from the HR. Could you please guide me how can I proceed or any email address to which I can inform to take the rescheduling process further.

Certainly a different animal compared to an established traditional agency. I would get a feel about the future of this company and your job security by asking questions along the lines of:
Do you have a product-market fit?
What is your current growth rate?
What is your runway?
What progression do you envision for someone in this role?
Also make sure as the company grows, you will be rewarded too. Don’t be afraid to ask how raises will be calculated and awarded.

Startups often try to lowball you by dangling that ‘we might have a huge IPO soon’ carrot. Don’t fall for it. Get paid what you deserve right now, today, by any company. And get your job description written down officially. The ‘we wear many hats’ mentality often means you’re working two jobs, maybe even three. Don’t fall for that either. They can be vampires and they will work you to the bone if you let them. Don’t let them. That being said, startups can be so much fun, so full of energy and change and possibility from day to day. They can be like agency life in that respect because new ideas are welcomed and potential is vast. Just set clear boundaries and protect yourself (with your cross and your garlic, if needed.)
Do I have carte Blanche to design the creative process/way of working? Is one in place already? Am I client facing or strictly behind the account lead? Make sure you understand the way of working.
