Hi all, does anyone know of any recruiters or hiring managers that work in Affirm Inc. I've been applying for a couple of jobs with them . The role I have applied for I know lam a extraordinary fit for
100% and can help the company/ department succeed. I have a good deal of experience with this role and would love to talk to a recruiter or a hiring manager more about this. If anyone
could reach out to me if you have any information on that I would greatly appreciate it.

Where is your masters at. What level are you now. Seems low from my experience working tbere
Masters in Information Systems and 2.5 years experience after that. I’ve typically heard L4 is for folks fresh out of school?
L4 or early 5 is about right with your YOE. I wouldn’t pay too much emphasis on your MBA though. It’s what you can bring to the table.
Makes sense! I will have discuss with the recruiter to confirm on the expectation.

Masters in what....?
4.5 YOE equals L4/L5 just at face value
MBAs come in at L6
Masters in Information Systems and 2.5 years of experience after that as a consultant
10 yrs and they wouldn't do l6 for me. L5 at best I'd what I've heard from others too. L5 sounds right for you
Oh no! Did they provide any reason for not considering L6?
Should be L5.
I have 4.5 YOE and a master’s as well and was considered for both L5 and L6
Yeah you can always negotiate. Idk what the upper bound is exactly for L6. There’s prob not a lot of wiggle room for base salary though so you can ask for more signing bonus or RSU
Do you mind sharing comp for L4?
