Anyone have tips for cover letter/resume to stand out?
They are huge on not negotiating salary there based on their blog.
Anyone know the base salary/expected commission? - It requires you to answer on the application. I would be so thrilled to work at the company I just want to put what they start out at.

I know this is 2 weeks old but the responsibilities that come with titles can be drastically different from company to company. Let’s also not forget about their culture, work/life balance and benefits.
Will the job be managing a large team or just a handful? Do they have a great work/life balance with awesome benefits? Then 180k is a nice living to make while also being able to LIVE with little stress.
Now if you’re Head of Product and you are working overtime more than you’re not, you’re in over your head with responsibilities for one person and the benefits are just so-so… then I would say 180k isn’t enough.
I was just interviewing for roles in December 2021. Sr/Lead level Product Design positions. The salaries ranged anywhere between 120-200k. I also received 2 offers in a 2 week span and accepted the role that was $10k less than the other because my quality of life was going to be impeccably better than the latter.
Basically this all comes down to what you want out of your next position and what you’re okay with handling in your day to day tasks.
