Is a career at the intersection of privacy and IP law feasible?

CFP & ChFC looking to change firms. Currently in a bank program, but not a large portable book to bring over to the next firm. Over a decade experience and about to finish up my MBA. Currently nowhere near the income level I want to be. Any suggestions for a good program to go to for my next move?

I am a QA engineer in an edutech company. I have an experience of 7.5 years (manual testing- database, front end, mobile and api testing).

I want to move to a BA role. I have good communication skills and an analytical mind. Below are 3 of my biggest questions.

1. Is it too late to switch to a BA role?
2. What are the skills,tools or certifications required?
3. How should I approach a job opening, given that I have no work experience as a BA.

I currently work in Healthcare as a respiratory therapist for 10 years. I have been at my job, currently, for a little over 5 years. Alongside my bachelors degree I also have a masters degree in healthcare administration. I have a dumb question... I have my first jury trial coming up in a few months. It's a 3-day auto accident trial. I'm the plaintiff attorney. My question is, should I have my client present the entire three days, or am I okay to tell them that they're fine to leave after they testify?

Having major imposter syndrome still. I feel like the minute I finally have a grasp, something changes. The law and nuances just seem overwhelming. Maybe it’s just a lack of guidance/uniformity in the US. I’m not sure if I feel this way because it is simply the nature of the work or because I’m just not capable.

Is it normal for a California employer to include a very detailed notice in the employee handbook about employee monitoring practices and the company’s right to search your stuff? Or do I need to look for a new job immediately….. 🚩
