NDAs - signed my first one as a part of a severance agreement. thinking about leaving an honest review for this company, but unsure about the liabilities that come with this. (NDA mentioned no defamation) leaning on the side of letting it go, but this employer sucked BAD and i want others to know. ik its hard to give a straight answer bc it depends on the agreement, but wheres the line between bad mouthing vs your honest experience?

Still in a pandemic. Hiring freezes are still in place. Seeing a lot of local businesses go under. Do you think things will turn around in September or get worse? Do you think there will be more layoffs or terms “due to performance” and more businesses lost?

Anyone have any idea when the hiring freeze might end within AWS ProServ? I’m currently at Amazon and have a TS clearance, PMP & CSM. I was informed today that my employment would be terminated at a tier-2 consulting firm in Toronto. The reasons for my dismissal are unclear and I would like to get legal advice on the termination agreement and severance package that was offered. Confronted client today about partner forcing us to travel while client site has travel restrictions. As a result is team is remote next week. Counting down days till I get rolled off/fired now lol
