Is a client asking (and getting) for 180-365 day payment terms something that happens in any other professional services firms?

I work in an advertising agency and can completely see a world where CFOs and Procurement departments say "yeah, you can get away with pushing for that with ad agencies, but not really anyone else."

Any other finance professionals in here? What are you seeing in terms of deal activity during the crisis? Any private placement/funding successes for clients? Deals moving/closing? Seems like investor appetite has dried up, at least temporarily.

I have got an offer of CTC 23.25LPA +JB +RSU in Blore. And I have also got an international offer of CTC € 70000 + relocation sponsorship in a mid sized firm in Vienna, Austria.

My wife works with a CTC of 15LPA in Blore.

I am in dilemma about the option that is most suitable for me as my wife would have to quit her current job and relocate and then find another job. Is it a profitable deal to relocate to Austria?

To do an ERA or not before transfer is the question. My clinic said currently the recommendation is to only do an ERA with multiple transfer fails, but I’ve read about ERA’s for those with recurrent pregnancy loss as well. Anyone go through this experience?
