I got a call from the Google recruiter about my L7 em interview Google She said I did overwhelmingly good on all interviews except one had mixed feedback on a system design. No surprise because it was not a good interview. The recruiter said i had a choice to go to hiring committee, give referrals they could call about my system design or take another system design interview. I’m not confident about the system design because of the bad experience I had with the previous interviewer. What should I do?

Op you post here non stop about market and resume. What exactly is your skillet and what jobs are you looking for ? I assume you need help and not just validation of your assumptions
I have been applying for jobs over the past five months and have noticed that many employer postings on LinkedIn appear to be merely for show, as my applications sitting in their portals.
Additionally, I observe that approximately 80% of these positions are being directed to recruiting agencies. No idea what is going on in tech industry!!
Same thing happened to me for a while, and the annoying part was it wasnt one single thing. I had a decent resume, but one version was getting buried because the formatting was a little too fancy and another was just too generic for the job descriptions.
What finallyy helped was tightening each resume to the posting instead of blasting the same one everywhere. I started matching the exact keywords from the req, cut a bunch of vague bullets, and made sure the top half of the page actually said what I wanted roles for. Even small stuff like section names and weird columns can mess with parsing more than people think.
If you're doing a lot of apps, it might be worth sanity-checking one resume against a few job posts in something like Reuѕmе Jdgе or Jbоsсan, then comparing it with Rѕuem Wоrded or Reuѕmе Jdgе Skill-Synder just to see what keeps getting missed. Have you noticed if the apps that get ignored are all going through Workday or Greenhouse, or is it literallly everywhere?
