Is anyone familiar with the Deloitte Product Manager role? I’m ex-Deloitte with digital experience and still in consulting, but wondering if coming back would be a good way to get direct PM experience.

I’m a new grad hire (7 months) in the OCM consulting space. I’m passionate about change management and communication strategy. I've been reading, googling, and perusing anything I can get my hands on about OCM, including old OCM deliverables and our current methodology. My People Manager told me that OCM is a journey when it comes to understanding it and that a lot of that knowledge is gained through just experience. Does anyone have any tips they’ve gained in their OCM journey to share?

I am Product Owner, and have an opportunity to change my Title to "Product Manager". The actual work I'm doing will not change significantly, it's just a Title change, since I've been working less and less with the scrum teams and doing more product analysis over the last year.
