Is this true and what about a holiday disconnect in the December time period? Are there any other hidden perks that are awesome? Already heard WLB is better and the culture, but I feel like I’ve gotta find that out first hand. Protiviti

PwC has the bigger clients. That means larger projects and more fees. Paul Griggs is the right leader for PwC. Bright future. Some really good people in WNTS and ITS. Software really good.
Kpmg is going to be more scrappy middle market. Aggressive. Fee pressure.
Culture is always going to depend on the office and specific people you work for. Overall Paul Griggs is taking PwC in the right direction and is good person so that drives some culture.
Hours are going to be variable if you are doing project consulting. When you are on deadline the hours are long. Pay is going to be competitive. PwC might be higher but it depends on the city.
