I don't think that is part of an accommodation so you will likely be denied but you can try.
Might want to have an informal chat with an employment lawyer so you approach it the right way and know your rights.
No one is going to let a hybrid intern work fully remotely.
Every HR source I’ve said has asserted WFH is not a reasonable accommodation per ADA standards.

Depends on the company, both F500 companies I’ve worked for since Covid began have allowed some employees to be fully remote for exceptions with reasonable evidenced support (despite an official hybrid policy)

To be clear, are you an intern or an employee? Employees have rights to work accommodations that are required by a physician, so you’d be smart to contact HR about the options. But as an intern, it sounds like you need to find a new job that fits better with your needs and goals.
Most probably. But if it's part of a disability accomodation as you said, they might look into considering your request but won't guarantee anything.
