Is BCG deteriorating in terms of culture and quality of people? The folks I’ve talked to recently (from BCG) are slip shod and not professional. Not sure if I had a “miss” but it seems across the board (comparing to McKinsey and Bain) that they are slipping in terms of caliber and reputation. Don’t even want to get into the decision to use a chatbot for interviewing 😳🙄
