Is Deloitte the move for PMO’s? Currently at Cap managing PMO for a large financial services account. My salary is around $68K TC with 0 chance at a bonus or real raise of significance until Manager (c level now with 2.5 YOE). 2 people under me. Working on a risk/insurance cert. I am speaking with a recruiter next week at D to see what’s up.. and I do enjoy PMO >.< just trying to get that bag. My stint here has stagnated a bit besides doing sales assist (with no chance of bonus).

Why do recruiters never tell you which agency they want to talk to you about until they get you on the phone? I don’t want to waste anyone’s time and it would be helpful to know this info from the initial outreach. My experience with this only applies to healthcare, but would imagine it’s the same in consumer as well. Anyone?
