Is it a good idea to work as Product Director with a fintech startup in a developing country that has funding from a couple of the biggest VCs or should I stick with Deloitte in the hope of getting selected for GSAP? At Deloitte I’ve been pigeonholed into projects which are hardly interesting or distinguishable - but have been rated as E/E so far so have a decent chance for GSAP. On the other hand, leading a startup will add a different dimension to my MBA application. What do y’all think?

In this field, when choosing a masters degree program is it more beneficial to get a degree in Human Resources to further my knowledge in HR (my undergraduate degree is in Economics) , an MBA, or Data Science Degree due to the fact that HR is becoming more data driven as well as get a PHR / SHRM-CP certification?

Does PHR certification help in India, as this is globally recognised how much valuable is this currently in indian job market.
