I just got an offer from EY in London but considering based on what the maternity policy is which doesn’t seem to be spelt out in contract or benefits pdf. Does anyone know a) if there’s a minimum employment period to qualify and b) what the enhanced maternity pay is. I’ve read both 16 weeks and 18 weeks.

Don't let work stop u from living ur best life!
OP where do you live? Isn't it just crazy to have 3 kids regardless of field? I have a 1 and 3 yo. It's chaos albeit a beautiful one. I've been thinking about it too, but I can't bear for my little one to be the middle child.
Tangential experience but I found out a woman who was fairly high up in our strategy department had 3 kids in the NYC area and was flabbergasted. Don’t know her story but she’s doing it! Meanwhile I struggle to hang on with 2.
I have 3 and live in NYC. Definitely possible! I second the comment about living your best life. Do what feels right
Yes UX yes!
I'm in NYC. I would love to have a third child and grow our family. There is so much to consider and weigh. All this BS goes through my head 24/7, but ultimately, when my husband and I are 80 years old, our kids are going to be the ones who will matter to us the most.
I have three! You can do it!
If 3 is what you want, def go for it! Life is short, you blink and it's over. You wouldn't want to get to the end and wonder what if. That said, one can't predict the future. Being surrounded by kids and grandkids in your twilight is the stuff of fantasy.
I have 3! And there are actually quite a few of us at R/GA who have 3. I felt like a bit of a crazy person for having 3- (people have lots of comments) until I met so many other amazing women who rock it. Like all babies, the first few months are a bitch but then you find your grove. You can do it if you want to!
I have three. You just figure it out! Remember how impossible it seemed to be to make the changes for one?? If you want three, have three!
