Me :

I have 2 offers from siemens and tcs .Siemens pays 2 L bonus as extra but ctc part both are same.Which one to prefer as the Location for siemens in blore and tcs can be chennai.Im currently at chennai.
If i accept offer from tcs and not joined there then i can get into tcs in future because of rehire policies .I still have 40 more days to LWD.
I am thinking to reject tcs and wait for some other better offer pay or last choice to join in siemens .Please share your view Im consufed here

Kpmg gave me an offer and ghosted me…lol. I wasn’t going to accept but no communication from them even when I reached out
Makes me wonder how on earth that even happens
Try 4 months for an MD role…
Sheeeesh
KPMG tried to screw me twice. First time (a few years ago) they offered lower than my existing role. They knew it and said "it's a good learning opportunity to start at a lower level".
Last week they cancelled my 2nd interview for a senior role because "I'm too expensive but didn't want to let that be a factor". How about don't waste my time? Blacklisted in my books.
To be quite honest I would rather have both of those other than being ghosted. If you told them salary expectations and they went ahead with the interviews anyway, that’s a different story
Yikes. This worries me. After 5-6 interviews over the last 2 months with them, the recruiter said she anticipated having some good news early this week. It’s now Tuesday night. Seems like a good opportunity too. There are good and bad recruiters and processes at every company right?
