Hi Capgemini people, Till 15th November we have to declare our vaccination status so that they can plan back to office for the employees who are fully vaccinated or having report of not having covid. I am Fully vaccinated but if I declare that I am partially vaccinated will they get to know my bluff? Actually I am not much interested to go back to office as of now may be in february it will be fine for me

It is, A1 is tripping. If your engagement team knows you’re quitting and is okay with you taking pto and you want to, then do it.
There wasn’t enough context in the post to know whether the engagement team is aware of this or not. The point of 2 weeks notice is to give a professional transition out of a role. If you want to burn bridges by choice, best of luck to your professional career because consulting is a much smaller industry than you think
Generally the process goes: give 2 weeks notice, either they walk you out because you are going to a competitor or you take vacation and chill out
If you have a good relationship with your counselor lead partner, go directly to them first (atleast that’s what I have done in the past before going to my coach). Tell your coach shortly after
You don’t have to tell them wheee you are going - you can lie but I would not recommend it. The world is too small - and especially if you have a good relationship with them and are a strong performer, it’s always better to be transparent Imo
