Hi Fishes, What kind of work is envolved in ReactJS projects in Nagarro? Is it maintenance or Development From Scratch work. Also is it possible for a UI Developer in Nagarro to take up backend development work along with UI? I am currently working as a full stack Python developer and Got an offer in Nagarro as ReactJS Developer. I would also like to contribute in Backend Development as well. Last Ques 😅 - Mid-Product Organization vs Nagarro, Which one shall I choose for UI Dev role? TIA

Hello Everyone,
I am a fresher with over 9+ months of experience as a Data Engineer at Tata Consultancy .
I just needed some suggestions from you experienced folks.🙏
In my current project my colleagues have over 6+ years of experience and are not very supportive and scold me for unnecessary reasons, which is effecting my mental health.😔
Also I am not getting to learn anything.

I think you just answered your own question. 😊
I’d say as long as you can still pay your bills and save for retirement and an emergency fund, do it.
Is the salary really that good if you have to work 80 hours to make it? They’re the ones getting a deal: paying one person to do two peoples jobs.
I would take the cut and enjoy your life. We should be working to live, not living to work.
Dude, take the cut and live your life. No brainer. Do some freelance with your new 20-40 hours/wk free time if you need more jing.
I took the pay cut to work at an awesome agency and leave a toxic work environment. It’s amazing. Five Stars, 10/10, would do it again in a heartbeat.
Do I miss the RSUs and bonuses? A little.
Do I miss feeling utterly dejected and not being able to sleep because work was so stressful? Nope.

What are you working for?

Safe to assume you already mentioned your current value in an attempt to get the new offer raised?

I’d ask to get creative in comp. Signing bonus, relo if any, commuter allowance, etc.
Then if not, do what will make you happy.
I'd take the pay cut.
Seems like a pretty good trade for a life!
Go for the new job and don’t look back.
Really depends on where you are in your stage of life.

What's the hourly rate though? Which is higher? That's the real numbers, because you're almost working two fulltimes now. And do you even want that for the more money? Life happens once.

I don't know your life circumstances but I'd probably take the 40 hrs.
