I've been interviewing with some companies, and now I have to decide between JPMorgan Chase and Globant.
Globant is more innovative, and has remote work. I will enter to work with a Sillicon Valley startup based in San Francisco. The tech stack is React, Nextjs, AWS, and a serverless architecture.
JPM is semi remote, and less innovative. The tech stack Java, SpringBoot and AWS. But I'd do more migration tasks, like dockerize projects and pass them to kubernetes. What would you choose?

Anyone working in mRNA space? DM for a job
Faced this weird behaviour from Optum recently. Gave interview for Data Scientist position. HR said feedback is positive. Asked for documents. It's been month now since I have shared the documents. I have no update on the offer. Today I called HR, she called me back saying the position is on hold due to recalibration in team, She has shared interview feedbacks to other teams and will get back to me in couple of days. I am clueless now. My last working day is approaching (In a month). Any Help??

Jesus, K1 obviously has a case of the mondays 🙄 flying into there soon OP, hopefully it gets better for you!
It all got better when I discovered Frontera has an app and you can order from the plane!
@K1 Not all of them suck at gate scheduling like this. While waiting to deplane (15 minutes) my connecting flight has changed gates three times. Sounds like you have an entire tree up your ass, hopefully you can get that removed!
ORD is actually pretty good aside from long taxi and Thu afternoon penalty box upon landing.
No all US airports suck. Get over it or get a new job
ORD is never as bad in poor weather if you don't have a connection there. In that case, a delay to your inbound is usually less impactful if you won't be missing a connection.
Think ORD has lots of gate changes? Try going to Europe. Total shitshow.
It was an honest question, too. Had to fly AA instead of Delta this week due to cost. I've had nothing but bad experiences and cancellations due to weather here, and wondered if I was just unlucky.
Nooooo! Just got staffed in Chicago. How bad is it?
Not nearly as bad as it sounds.I live in Chicago, going on year 4 traveling out of ORD and I've only seen OPs situation once.
Like I said, I might be unlucky some I only do it a few times a year. A lot of missed connections due to weather and constant gate changes.
*since
The weather point is fair. Winter can get pretty bad for flights landing in time for a connection.
Yeah, I always have tight connections there when I fly AA. They never let me go to projects in Chicago itself.
LGA is so much worse. The only annoying thing about ORD is how long it takes for AA flights to tax after the flight lands. Try getting delayed in some of these terminals at LGA. Some don't even have a bar!
