My current CTC 13 lpa/8 YOE, Python developer. Im selected for TCS, i told expected 25 lpa, she told we can give max 19 lpa, i told i have to think, she cut call, next day she told to join call to take screenshot with ID. It's been a week, they didn't send CTC break up, status is "evaluation in progress". They rejected me? Can I expect offer? TIA Tata Consultancy

Second D1. I quite frankly don’t see the value of lateraling between Deloitte and S& if you’re on like teams and roles.
S& you’ll probably work more, but get paid significantly more. S& salary progression is similar to MBB
Base and bonus structure should be higher at S&
I think that if you want to be a career consultant, there may be a case that S& is a more attractive place than Deloitte, especially given how heterogenous Deloitte is compared to S& in particular (e.g., SAP implementations in tech ops vs. core S& work). But assuming that (1) said person is in Monitor / S&O and (2) OP is like most folks and is a junior person who is likely to exit consulting, then the lateral isn’t quite as sensible of a move.
It’s not similar to MBB, @P1 is spreading fake news.
It just seems that way because the rest of PWC gets paid garbage
As a firm pwc is about the same as Deloitte. If the role is right it’s worth entertaining
If it's for the M&A tragedy stuff don't do it
I think my friends in S&O have better cases
