Is Synechron a good company to join ? I have been in Infosys for last 7 years. After coming back from maternity leave, they gave me PIP. I cleared the certification but is it still okay to stay back at Infosys or switch to Synechron with better salary package ?

Hi guys, I got an offer from x and i discussed that with my current. At 1st current said they can only give 30% increment. I said I can't stay with this cause i got 70% and expect at least 50%(as the 70% included VP and the current org don't have vp, they have bonus). Then they said they can do max 45%.
