I had a interview in Mindtree on 5th Jun 2021 and on 7th June they told me that i have been selected and will soon roll out the offer and after that i got "Your Selection Process" email from mindtree careers and after that i have received any communication from then and today when i checked the status of my application its changed to "Parked". Never get complacent, the other day I was thinking about how safe I was on my role and found out today I’m getting rolled off. Wasn’t for performance reasons but it’s leaving a bad taste in my mouth.

Does having a PMP certification hold any water in digital media? Do folks care? I’ve been using PMI resources to help solve problems / improve stuff at my org, and I’m tempted to get the full cert but I’m not sure if it’d actually mean anything / have a meaningful impact on my career or pay.

It’s not a huge investment in time or money but if it doesn’t have much of an impact I’d rather just keep reading free resources online on my own time
