Is the practice of "stop and frisk" a necessary tool for preventing crime, or is it a form of unconstitutional harassment?

I try to utilize this practice sparingly, as it usually seems invasive and unnecessary.

I really don't use it much as much research has shown that people of color and other racial backgrounds have been targeted and that it violates the 4th amendment.

The practice of "stop and frisk" has been the subject of much debate and criticism in recent years, with some arguing that it is an effective tool for preventing crime and others arguing that it is a form of unconstitutional harassment and racial profiling. The reality is that there is no single answer to this question, as the effectiveness and legality of "stop and frisk" depends on the context and implementation of the policy. It is important to consider the potential impacts that "stop and frisk" may have, particularly on communities of color, and to ensure that any policy is carried out in a manner that is respectful of individuals' rights and freedoms.

I know that people say it’s all about story, but with a certain gpa/gmat score is there a “floor” that you’re safe on? For example would someone with 4.0/780 (not me) be pretty much assured at least 1 M7? Or is there a reasonable chance that all M7s will reject them? Or is their floor just lower (T15 for example)?

On the 3rd date I invited him to go away for the weekend because 1. I had to go away anyways for a quick work event & 2. Earlier on the date, he (continued)
