Is there any part time realtor here? I got my license few months back and closed couple of transactions from my sphere of influence. Now planning to expand this more over evenings and over weekends with my day job. Not sure if I should create my social media via my name or stay faceless and market via a company which I should register.

What led you to become a realtor in your free time? And how has your experience been so far? I'm planning to take the plunge soon too, so any thoughts will be helpful!

I licensed to buy/sell my own investments and to have continuous exposure to the real estate. My experience has been ok as I closed deals within my knowns but I have not been trying hard to look business outside. It’s difficult to work/get leads without a team.

Yes I do this too. It’s hard to maintain a steady but small pipeline and it takes a toll on weekends. Overall still worth it IMHO

Good to know that. I have dmed you.

I have the location constraint, should I wait for the right opportunity or raise this concern to ADP team so they can look in to it?

As per ADP policy, one should not have any constraints and take the project as FCFS basis.
