Is HARMAN really recruiting for permanent remote roles? Would they ask us to come to office after sometime? I am a bachelor woman supporting my sickly parents and can't move them out of city. And my city don't have harman office. HR did mention permanent remote, still want to confirm as I've heard many cases people were called back across different product based companies. Are you getting paid for it? Is there a conflict of interest?
If answer is no for both questions, then go ahead. Make sure to add a disclaimer that you are not representing any company in those posts.
It may sound very straight forward but it can get complicated and your legal team may have different views than anyone else here(no one cares if you get into trouble). To be absolutely sure, just ask your legal team.
I am not getting paid for it. Conflict of interest- I am not really sure if it will create one because I am planning to write about GCP as I am working on it currently. What should I do? Will it still matter if I use an anonymous name while writing the blog and add it to my LinkedIn ?
