Ik recruiters don’t really read cover letters, but I learned about banking rlly late into college. i’m the daughter of blue collar workers who don’t speak English so I never really knew what jobs were “prestigious”

So i have been fortunate that i have managed to go through my career without the need for a degree. I was lucky enough to have been hired by one of the worlds top consulting firms, worked with a whole lot of big clients and travelled a lot. It's gotten to the point where I am not even asked about the lack of a degree on my resume. Personally though, it bothers me. I have a whole bunch of certifications in my industry…but just no formal degree. (cont'd)

I am from a tier 1 college and yet able to land only a couple of interviews and they keep me on stand by(2 companies so far). They are prefering folks with experience even for APM positions. My SO just started with PWC Australia. I might have to relocate to the states in one year. Will it be possible for my SO to relocate to states as well through PWC at around 1 year mark? Does PWC allows that just after/within one year of joining? Assume she'll get L2 through me, if that matters.

Anyone here in SG who could tell me what the salary brackets are for SA at PwC Deals? My partner has been telling me they can't give me an annual salary increment because it was already at the upper end of the salary bracket when I was hired (for visa purposes) and honestly with the current inflation I need that raise
