I have already caught something... How do you prepare for flu season to keep yourself and your loved ones protected?

I’ve made it 5+ years in a NY M&A practice and have consistent exceeding expectations reviews. I’ve had a few mental breakdowns because of work during this time, but thankfully made it through. I’ve been in a near constant depressive/anxious state for family reasons for the last year and half, and am soon having my first kid. I’m scared shitless that I’ll spiral out of control both at work and at home if something doesn’t change soon. Any suggestions on how to keep this job and keep it together?

After every meal, I crave some sort of dessert even if it’s a piece of chocolate. Has anyone found a way to curb those cravings? I’ve been trying to eat fruit instead but it just doesn’t do it for me.

I'm looking to join a gym but I would love to find one where I don't have to deal with overly cheery staff. I'm really wanting a gym that I can access with a keycard at any time and not have to deal with anyone and if I could sign up online without having to take a tour and hear the sales pitch, that would be amazing. Does a place like this exist?

It’s looking like my job is gonna start asking us to return to the office. We have an open office plan and before we wfh FT I would save all my work for my telework days bc I can’t get shit done in the office. I’m having major anxiety about them making this decision. Husband and I are planning to rent a car (we wipe the entire inside and handles down with bleach wipes) and drive to a state over (only 5 hours, no pit stops) to pod up with my parents for a month or two. We will be wearing masks and social distancing with my parents until everyone is tested and confirmed negative. Hi there. I previously had a beautiful baby girl through IVF and emergency c-section. Now I'm in the process of completing my pre-requisites before another FET. I had my hydrosonogram, trial embryo transfer, and an overall check of my uterus. Due to my muscle thickness, they're recommending with my next pregnancy to have another c-section. I tried Googling but can't find any info. Anyone been through this before and know what they're referring to? I just like to be as informed as I can.

I thought the power reserve on DJ41 Ref126333 was about 70hours, but I noticed it’s about 40-48 hours on mine. Wear mine about every other day, but not on weekends and then Monday morning when I go to wear it, it’s dead and have to wind it. Anyone else seeing this?

Mental Health, inherited or choice? I am finding myself struggling with processing that ADD, Depression, or Bipolar is a chemical imbalance in the brain vs. behavioral therapy. The best analogy given to me is you would treat diabetics with insulin so why not consider prescriptions to help mental health. 2020 has thrown more at me than I’m able to handle. Has anyone here noticed a significant improvement after a prescription to help psych issues?
