Ogletree isn’t downsizing, there are lots of lawyers who don’t want to be traditional partner track and want flexibility in terms
of hours and other aspects of work and we’ll accommodate good lawyers. We also
have lawyers who service dedicated clients/institutional clients who are so large they need coverage. Those lawyers are remote and service only the one client they are assigned to and they like that flexibility,

I think these positions frankly need to be true WLB positions. Meaning a hard cap on 1700 to 1800 hours, and the work that's being asked needs to be within reason.
Meaning midnight fire drills can't go to these employees. That being said making 180k in a LCoL area is sort of the dream.
Are these associate positions or are they reduced hours?
Employment non-track positions have been around for years. It's just an added selling point to have the positions remote now
