Accenture1, I dont think my age or my title matters here. I am a client to the hotel and providing a towel in a timely manner is something we, as clients, are entitled to. I talked to the manager and she apolgized about what happened and fully ackowledged that I am entitled to that level of service based on my relationship with them and their relationship with the firm. I hope you dont call your client "entitled" because they asked you to deliver the deck that you promised in a timely manner. Good luck!

Who gets a towel at the front desk? They just tell you ‘we’ll have someone bring it up’ in person instead of over the phone.

I don't treat junior resources like minions. It was a perception of a young person feeling entitled to something. If your post were higher (which I guess it is), I'd still call out the entitlement.
