It's been 4 months I have joined Accenture, I got project after joining in 1-2 days only.
Still I haven't received any probation confirmation. I had 2.5+ YOE in SAP line of technology.
In May 2024 I will get variable pay as mentioned in my offer letter.
Does my probation confirmation have impact on variable pay amount? I am working day and night to complete my work on time.
What steps I can do to get confirmation?
Really need suggestions on this.

After 6 years of temporary contracts and unstable situations, I find my dream job in my dream company. All of a sudden the world goes upside down and I get laid off.
