Had an interview today, for RN OnCall position. This is an extremely difficult position, but I bring not only a preference to work the hours they need but the experience and credentials to qualify for the upper range of the salary (RN, MSN, CHPN, 5 years hospice experience). I asked for the range and he gave the range then immediately stated that I would qualify for mid range. Once you get into a FAANG company, is it better to stay where you are or move around? I’m a dissatisfied with my current job but I have vesting stocks, work 9-5, and people to know and respect me. I am the sole provider for my family and value quality of life and stability. I have some interview requests from other FAANG companies that I know pay more but I worry about starting over. About month ago I was diagnosed with coronary artery disease (CAD) and had to go through cardiac catheterization to get a stent.
I am in mid 30s and it's unbelievable that i have got this. Have been quite down mentally for last few weeks, and don't think if I can sustain the consulting life anymore.
I am working hard to stop the progression of disease and potentially reverse it. Hope things work out.

I got selected at Cvent (SE 2) and Tokopedia (SSE fintech | backend). I still have salary discussion pending with both the companies.
I have 4yrs of experience and I am holding an offer 17 lpa. I just want to know how much should I ask from these companies and which one is better to join.

My basic is 24 lakhs. So it will be 2.88 lakhs per year contribution just from my end.
Now some of the contribution will be taxed. Has someone done proper calculation related to this.
