I got an offer from Natwest. My current company is accenture and they are offering me to promote as an assoc manager if i take my resignation back. Shall i consider it? What whould i prefer Nat west or promotion in Accenture. How much hike accenture gives while promoting? Any inputs?

After you are stealth laid off, other than job search, what do you do? I assume they won’t give you work and even if they do, you can politely decline? How do you feel about you are not progressing anymore and seeing other people progressing in their career? I have no intention to make partner, but still feel a bit stuck not doing that much.

I have been with the company for six years now starting as lead graphic designer working my way to the production manager. since becoming the production manager two years ago I am responsible for 4 large format printers and 1 vinyl plotter. I’m wearing too many hats but I love what I do. I would love to be a remote graphic designer but I don’t know where to start. Any suggestions?

Any thoughts on the best certifications to get in order to help move forward? I have considered the CCP from World at Work, but it’s fairly pricey to get by the time you wrap up everything. I was looking at both SHRM-CP and SPHR. Everyone that I have spoken to has the SHRM, but that’s also only looking at individuals in a small geographic footprint and within 3-4 different companies. Advice when looking for Tech Consulting internships in Chicago or DC Metro? My GPA (3.04) has disqualified me from most major companies. I've opted to focus my efforts into my student organizations and helping others reach their goals, in doing this I compromised for a B average.
