I've accepted a new job that begins in about a month. In the meantime, I'm slated to start a new project on Monday, but I’m concerned about joining and then having to leave before the project ends. I don’t want to put the team in a tough spot (and I don’t really want to work). At the same time, I’m not ready to formally resign from Accenture yet since I want to continue receiving pay for the next few weeks

Suggestions for how I might avoid joining this project without putting in 2 weeks notice?

Project just wrapped (early) and now I’m on the bench between Thanksgiving and Christmas. Just exactly how screwed am I trying to find a new gig before Xmas? Same approach as normal? Any tips?

Hello fishes, recently I have received the job offers from Akamai & Nasdaq with kind of equivalent pay. I've an experience of 2.7 yrs in Java Backend. In Nasdaq, I feel the project is slightly on better side and also domain driven in comparison of Akamai. The only thing that is troubling me is 90 days notice policy in Nasdaq. Just want to check if it's a bad thing or would it still be worthy against the project & domain.

Hey everyone - I could do with some advice. Not sure what I am doing wrong, but I am having a hard time getting interview calls. I am trying to pivot from consulting to the industry and targeting project/program management roles. Hi fishes, I recently joined Accenture, I am from manual testing background and they put me into monitoring team where we need to analyse errors looking at codes, logs and resolve it and the KT that is being given to me doesnt feel enough when I raised concern to TL, TL itself is blaming it on me that I qm not able to understand what is being taught, I am not able to work in the project at all, I requested for roll off within a month, will this imact my career at accenture? someone please sugges

Got an offer from pwc in the data privacy role.
With 13.5 Lpa currently i’m at 12 and made switch on march.
Though my current company is an mnc but not that big and no work pressure is there, amazing work life balance. However, there is little to no learning and its very slow, the project is just starting and the client itself is not clear what they want. Do you think I should switch just because its a big 4.
