I’ve been a CSA in Oak Brook for 2 years. I handle weekly reports for 7 FAs, quarterly insightful topics, funding tracking for 1FA, and updating YCharts and send to tier clients. I have Life & Health licenses and studying for the SIE. The office doesn’t offer health insurance. They’re offering to raise my salary from $55k to $60k to swap reports for more client service tasks for the 7 FAs. Is this raise fair or should I negotiate more?

Curious what’s a fair salary in MA?
