I've been an HR Generalist in my current position now for about 2.5 years, and was recently advised to re-think my title. I'm less of a true Generalist, and more of a Specialist, but I don't specialize in one area of HR. Specifically, I specialize in Benefits, Compliance, HRIS, Onboarding/Offboarding, & Culture. Any recommendations on what a title for something like what I do would look like to allow for more growth opportunities?

I work in sales as a coordinator and do a bunch of paperwork with customers online. I LOVE PEOPLE but dread going to work everyday (wfh 3x a week) because the environment is toxic. Ok NOW I can finally say I passed all four parts of the CPA exam.
