I've been an SM / Agile Coach for several years now and found myself recently unemployed due to a program shrink. I've also managed to earn a Grad Cert in Programming from Harvard Extension School right before the layoff, which I'm proud of. Has there ever been a case where an SM / Agile Coach switched to a more technical role without a massive pay cut? I'm thinking about becoming an engineer, I'm quite good at Python and JavaScript, but I don't want to start from scratch as a Jr. Developer.

I made the switch from editorial producing to more agency producing and I feel lost. Is there a resource where I can freshen up on producing lingo, more specifically the business side of things?

My last job didn't have nearly as many steps or procedures to go through, even for sponcon. I'm given briefs & some next steps but still feel like I'm missing puzzle pieces. I'm freelancing so I feel like I have a ticking time bomb on when I can figure it all out.

FDD 🐠 I will be promoted to audit SM in October, however looking to transfer to the FDD practice. Based on discussions with partners in the practice, I would be brought in as an experienced manager with opportunity to promote to senior manager in FDD next year. Is the learning curve steep, or should I push to come in as SM? Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

Hi guys, I am currently working in TCS but in vendor payroll with 4.5 LPA, they are doing a conversion to TCS payroll after working for a year. How much should I expect? Currently a CSM for a tech start up (REALLY EARLY STAGES) and have been there for almost 2 years. I do everything from CSM, HR, right hand to CFO and UX design for the app that we are building yet my title is CSM. I am looking for a better paying CSM job (70k+) or entry level UX design job.
