I’ve been freelancing for a few months after a recent layoff. Before the layoff, I was near SVP level and that’s what I’ve been using as my freelance title. SVP roles have been scarce though and I recently saw one open at 5WPR. Know they had a bad rep years ago, but how is it today? I come from large, global agencies and heard they’re more of a pitch shop than strategic comms. like you’d find elsewhere. What’s the temp? And is having them on a resume still considered an eye sore?

I have an offer from another company, which I communicated to the recruiter which expedited the interview to final rounds. I need to respond to the other company's offer letter soon. I have cleared three round of interviews in VMware for a business analyst position. One primary screening and two technical rounds. One more round is scheduled for further discussion. So is it a technical round or not. Also how many rounds are there going to happen.

I have a friend who was let go a few months into his first job after college (reason: the manager felt like he wasn't grasping the training content to the level that was expected). He's worried about if he should put the experience on his resume anyway, if he does will recruiters ask why he had such a short time at this place, and what will recruiters think if he explains he was let go. What are some things recruiters expect from candidates in this situation to continue considering them?

Few days before of my joining date, i came to know that the technology stack from customer got changed and customer had no requirement for which i was hired.
