I received an email from the HR at Monitor Deloitte that I've cleared the case round and a back to back discussion with partner and director of the team will be scheduled. Been almost 3 days since this email, haven't received asking for availability from the scheduling team. This for a role with their Lifesciences Strategy practice in the UK. How long do they typically take to schedule the final round of discussions? Do they eliminate candidates in this round?

I'm not sure why one would want to prioritize one or the other. If forced to choose, however, I'd try to get a raise. When I go to the grocery store no one cares about my job title, but having money matters a lot. Ideally, if you can move into a higher-level role a compensation boost would come with it, so in that sense you could shoot for both by prioritizing the title.
I would go for the salary, personally. The title doesn't really do much and there's no universal standard for titles. But money is money and you can use that to invest, save, etc.
If you’re consistently demonstrating work beyond your JD you need to have regular check-ins with your manager and discuss your growth. These types of conversations shouldn’t be a surprise to you or your leadership team.
Prioritize conversations around career pathing. Then, your promotion and pay will follow.
To me, they are one-in-the-same, title and the pay reflect the work you are doing. If there is a job description in Qdocs for the level you feel reflects your work then outline how what you are doing lines up with that is listed. Each title should have a corresponding pay ban.
I'll take money over title 10 times out of 10.
