- 25% of the compensation(5Lakhs) is Variable. Does company even pay 60% of it at the end of the year if you perform say 4/5 rating?

Leave that alone. One of my former employers(large agency) employed some of the prettiest women I had ever seen. It was really hard to stay focused. I never crossed the line not out of fear,but because I didn't want to make them feel uncomfortable. We as humans are all very adult and know what people are after. I never wanted for any woman there to feel that she had to avoid me,that she had to report me or anything else. I felt the workplace was the workplace and while I didn't ogle them or stalk them,was content they were just there. I thought it was cool that I didn't try to force my attention on them or create some situation that made them feel obligated. Isn't that what you're supposed to do at the workplace?
Keep your head down do your job and keep it to yourself. Do not put anyone in that position in a place of work. I have had the opportunity to supervise large groups of people in an HR position. Even if there are no rules against it you are putting them in an odd position. Especially as it is a supervisor involved. You could put there job on the line. Even after you have left the company they still have to abide by the rules. Someone could use your attraction to that person against them even after you have left the company. If over time this person comes back into your life revisit your feelings.
