I’ve been slow for a long time now and am looking to lateral. I want to change firms and practice groups. (I have about a year of experience in the practice I want to transition back into.) Any advice on how to explain why I want to leave during interviews?

I applied to a job at KPMG and did the first two rounds of interviews, general interview, then case study and competency. Never before have I had such a positive feedback at the end of an interview of the 2nd, both said really like me, I did well etc.
It's now been 3 weeks since the interview and I still haven't heard back from the team other than the odd HR email saying they are following up with them. Is there something going on internally, I.e hiring freeze in the London office atm?

Hour long first round interview with a MM consultant friendly PE firm next week — should I expect a model? Or are they likely to fill that hour primarily with behavioral and random technical questions?

Also, if I blow it, is there any risk of burning the bridge with the HH?

Does interviewer nowadays still write early feedback prior to sharing the full feedback with recruiters?

Working on a deal where buyer's side keeps on insisting on a POA to effectuate all actions of Seller under the agreement, including executing documents. First interview at a biglaw firm. Just graduated and want to pursue transactional areas, no prior experience. I feel like I’m a risk of a hire in their eyes so any advice?

I have an asset purchase of a retail store transaction. Seller is keeping the second location. Seller is licensing the name from the buyer. The licensing agreement is supposed to contain provisions so that the seller cannot offer promotions or discounts that the buyer does not also offer (i.e., seller cannot undercut buyer's pricing). I know very little about antitrust. Can anyone give me some suggestions how to enforceably draft this agreement, or is this arrangement impossible?
