I’ve been talking to my resource manager about my future at the agency and he mentioned that they see me “leveling up within my role.” What does that mean exactly?

I’m in my second year in a financial services vertical. Not sold on staying in this practice for the remainder of my career and would likely want to pivot to strategy. Will I have a hard time getting into that role with siloed experience in FS?

I’m located in NY so the recruiter said he would try to get me more.
