Hi everyone, I have 2 years of experience in a service based industry as a Java developer, and I am eager to work hard and switch to a reputed product based organisation, but I am not getting proper time to study and practice data structures and algorithms, as I have so much to learn and understand things which are related to my project. Any suggestions would be appreciated and I'll try to inculcate it. Thanks in advance! Amazon Oracle Samsung Microsoft Cisco Salesforce Arcesium Uber

How early is too early to ask for a raise?
Hi everyone! Does anyone in here work for Omada Health ? I have an interview next Wednesday for a PT Member Support Agent role and am unclear on what the pay could be. Glassdoor has the pay estimate at 42k-48k, but I found a comment where someone in the same role mentioned only getting paid $12/hr. I have 8 years of experience as a CSR but I’ve had a couple year gap in between now and my last job. TIA Any advice helps .

Hope this isn't too blunt, but your situation is at least partially your fault at this point. You've been letting them heap duties on you without insisting on more pay for the extra work. Now you're finally frustrated enough to do something about it, which is great, but you can't bring that frustration into the negotiation. Document all your additional duties, research fleet manager salaries in your area for a company your size, and ask for something on the higher end since you do more than the usual duties. Good luck.
You def need to ask for a raise. That is VERY low. Explain why you deserve one and list off the additional responsibilities you have taken on.
I myself hold the same position and in my experience working with other company fleet managers in my area your salary should be around the 100k mark plus benefits and retirement I hope this helps.
