I’ve been working in consulting for about 12 years now and feel stuck. Started off doing ERP implementations with focus on procure to pay for a few years with a small company, then moved to PwC for 4 years in their Oracle practice taking part in a couple large scale implementations. Then moving to a mid-size firm where I do pretty much whatever the need is. Client needs a PM , or to oversee change management, or system selection work. Feel like I’ve seen a lot but not learned a ton. Any advice?
