Senior Salesforce consultant salary in Toronto ?
Hey everyone, I got a call from Deloitte recruiting on Wednesday of last week discussing salary requirements and location. They told me that the team really liked me and that they were going to work on an offer. I got a call on Friday saying one group has approved the offer but they are waiting on others. I haven’t heard much since then. Should I be worried? How much longer will I have to wait?

So what is your experience in increasing ECTC while getting subsequent job offers? How much increase shall we ask on top of previous offer? E.g. I have received an offer in TCS accepted it and submitted the documents for BGC. The CTC i mentioned is 13L in iBegin portal and uploaded the same recent hike letter. But my current company retracted my offer of 13L and salary/payslip are with old offer and i have submitted documents with new offer letter which is 13L. I am little concerned it might impact negative on my BGC.. Any suggestions . please Tata Consultancy

Do not take it up. You and your husband combined will be making close to 60LPA in India. 36000 pounds is too low for a single person and that too with a family you'll suffer a lot. On top of all this there's no relocation package provided and you'll have to bear all the costs. It'll be such a difference leading a really good life in India where you can afford almost anything and to struggle in UK atleast at the beginning till your husband gets a job and you sort it out. And also do mention where in the UK as the cost varies a lot and it will be on the higher end if it's a place like London for example.

taxes r high in UK than India. inflation is 10% in UK now. unless u r getting minimum 2x of your india salary, you should not move.
Agree on inflation. For my salary, tax in India is nearly 25% and in UK is ~ 21%

What about accomodation and food? If they are being provided you can consider the offer, otherwise it's a waste because most part of your salary will go into these two.
No. Accomodation,food, my flight to be borne my me. No relocation package
What's the point of that offer ? I mean do they not know that you are already getting that much.
I mentioned my current package here and that my husband is earning the same amount and we have to live there on single salary which is half of what we are getting here. Then they increased the package matching my current package
If you could share absolute numbers regarding CTC and all, then people might be able to advise u better.

No use if they offer se salary. Also no idea when your husband will get job there. We also got opportunity for Singapore same case for my husband we have to pay for visa of my baby and husband plus salary was same what we are earning here. We are also worried whether he will get job there or not. After lot of research and discussion and calculation we decided to continue in India only. Here also people are getting good salary. One switch will give min 40-50% hike. So take decision calmly. And consider all pros and cons
