I've got over 15 years of experience at agencies in project management, but I'm thinking it's time to go brand side. I'm wondering how to best make the jump and what type of title would be appropriate? I've been looking at different roles and it's not just "project management" or "marketing" so it's a whole new world for me!

I have a great loyal local client who has me on retainer. But with the covid pandemic, they have come on hard times and are about to be two months behind on payment. They keep sending me work and I want to support them pushing through this. I have considered offering product trade out instead of payment but am hesitant cuz I’d rather have them pay me once they’re on their feet. I also don’t want to keep working for free. Any advice?
