I’ve had a few different departments/managers in my company reach out about job openings they want me to apply for. All of the roles have been lateral moves that would require me to move from hybrid (3 days in office) to 5 days in office, so I’m not interested in them. Is there anyway that I can subtly hint to my manager that other teams are trying to poach me and leverage it into a promotion (or at least a raise)? I know my team wants to keep me.

I have an A.S degree and working on my bachelor’s/masters may 2024. I negotiated to 84k NYC. I have seen interns get offered 38 per hour (79k) for internship positions with a similar role.

Thoughts? Should I go higher? I do my job well that’s why they decided to keep me as a contractor after my internship.
